I had an out of body experience of sorts and was brought to this "room" (the room actually looked like open space) with tons of video reels (they looked like YouTube clips, almost, like when you're on the site and see a bunch of small clips that you can open to watch the full length videos). One night when I was tripping I experienced something similar to this idea! My purpose here is to expand on an idea and meet like minded individuals NOT argue with lonely know it alls. That is why I consider it "my theory." To the public, sure - it's a hypothesis, but could there ever be physical proof for events like déjà vu? If you are the type of people who lurk thought provoking posts just to out in your conflicting 2 cents, please stay away from mine. Maybe I don't have solid evidence for my statement, but it's what I believe, and from what I've witnessed and gone through, I believe my statement is factual. Most people I explain this to just say it doesn't make sense.Įdit 2: I guess "theory" was the wrong word if you want to get definitive. When the brain projects a scenario correctly, and you live it out, you have a déjà vu. Basically, your brain is projecting your future based on what you have done in the past, using chance and probability as to what you will be doing later. When your brain is "dreaming," it is predicting the future based on your "math" so far. Life and existence is essentially "math." Everything has an equation. My theory (and pardon me, I just found this sub) is that "dreams" are a glimpse into the future.
